Casper College requirements in detail

Translation

All transcripts must be translated into English by a translating service (Casper College: international students).

Who may translate

A translating service.

Secondary records

Transcripts showing the equivalent of a high school diploma or leaving certificate; from fall 2026 entry, evaluated for general equivalency by a NACES member (Casper College: international students).

College records

International college transcripts evaluated only by a NACES organization, course by course if you want transfer credit (Casper College: international students).

Deadline

Applications received and the student admitted three months before the semester; new applications for fall (August) or spring (January) only (Casper College: international students).

Contact

internationaladmissions@caspercollege.edu, which also sends the Financial Support Statement (Casper College: international students).

A translating service, then a NACES evaluation

Casper College is one of the few community colleges that says who must translate: all transcripts are translated into English by a translating service (international students).

From fall 2026 entry it adds a NACES general equivalency evaluation of the secondary transcript, and college transcripts from abroad are read only through a NACES evaluation, course by course for credit. The page names no agency and points to the NACES member list.

Each NACES agency has its own rule. WES wants a word-for-word translation by a professional translator or service and not the applicant.

ECE accepts complete, literal translations in the original's format and sells an $85 Translation Waiver. One certified translation from eVerbary serves both Casper College and the agency.

Three months, two terms

Casper College admits new international students only for fall (August) and spring (January), and the application must be received and accepted three months before the semester starts, with English scores less than two years old (Casper College: international students).

The NACES evaluation has to fit in that window, so translate first and open the agency file right away. Students transferring from another US school also send a transfer-in form completed by their current international office.

What an eVerbary translation includes

  • A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
  • Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
  • A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
  • $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.

Uploading the translation to Casper College

  • Send the translation with your transcripts to Casper College and to the NACES agency doing the evaluation; questions go to internationaladmissions@caspercollege.edu (Casper College: international students). eVerbary can email the translation directly to international admissions on request.

What we do not do

eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.

At Casper College that means the NACES general equivalency or course-by-course evaluation is ordered from the agency; we translate the transcripts.

How to order

  1. Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
  2. Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
  3. Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
