Graduate applicants: translation, true copies and an agency report
For a master's program, Buffalo State wants three things for a degree earned abroad: official or certified true copies of the transcripts, a certified English translation of all of them, and a course-by-course evaluation with GPA showing equivalence to a US bachelor's degree (graduate international).
