Worth knowing
FCCPT's two pages differ on notarization. Adding a notarized statement satisfies both.
The translation does not have to be done in the United States, but it does have to be done by a professional translator.
How we fit
Upload the documents FCCPT sends you and tell us they are for FCCPT. We translate them with a signed statement of accuracy and of the translator's qualifications, number the pages, add the notarized statement FCCPT's services page asks for ($34.90 per order), and send everything directly to FCCPT ourselves, with the original-language copy.
Other bodies and the state boards are on healthcare credentialing.
