AVMA ECFVG Translation Requirements

The ECFVG wants a PDF of your diploma and transcripts in the language of issuance together with a certified English translation on a translation company's letterhead (name, address, phone, email, website), with a signed statement that the translation is accurate and complete, the translator's qualifications, the document and language identified, and the translator's name, signature and date. You email both to the ECFVG.
