Grade reports and university transcripts
Lao schools have followed a 5 + 4 + 3 structure since 2009; before that lower secondary was three years, so older students finished after 11 years. School grade reports are issued by the school and stamped by it; university transcripts by the registrar, listing each course with its credits and grade.
Universities such as the National University of Laos use letter grades A to F on a 4.0 scale, with B+ and C+ between. We keep the grades as printed and do not convert them; that is the evaluator's job.
For evaluators and admissions
