How we know · policy checked on October 21, 2026
Ucredo, an AICE member in Winter Garden, Florida, asks applicants to upload their credentials in the original language and in English, and says a translation must come from a certified and licensed translator or from Ucredo itself; you cannot translate your own documents.
Ucredo accepts certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary. Ucredo also sells translations at $40 or $50 per page and does not notarize them; the evaluation comes from Ucredo.
Ucredo at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Ucredo says documents not in English need "a translation from a certified and licensed translator," or one ordered from Ucredo (Ucredo FAQ), so a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary meets it. Policy checked on October 21, 2026.

Ucredo requirements in detail
Translation
Credentials are uploaded in the original language of issue and translated into English (Ucredo: requirements by country).
Who may translate
A certified and licensed translator, or Ucredo's translation package (Ucredo: FAQs); the country pages say a licensed translator or Ucredo (Ucredo: requirements by country).
Self-translation
Not allowed: "You cannot translate your own documents" (Ucredo: FAQs).
Original or copy
Scans of the official originals, uploaded with the application; originals are mailed for licensure, certifications, or when the receiving school or organization requires them (Ucredo: FAQs).
Own translation service
$40 per page for Spanish, Portuguese and French, $50 for other languages; about 2 to 3 business days; certificate of accuracy included (Ucredo: FAQs, services).
How to submit
Upload flatbed scans, in color and at least 200 dpi, showing every stamp, seal and signature; camera photos are not accepted (Ucredo: FAQs, Ucredo: requirements by country).
Notarization
Ucredo does not notarize individual documents (Ucredo: FAQs).
What Ucredo means by certified and licensed
Ucredo's FAQ asks for a translation from a "certified and licensed translator" (Ucredo: FAQs), and its country pages say "licensed translator" (Ucredo: requirements by country).
The US has no license for translators; what a professional service provides is a certified translation, signed by the translator with a statement of accuracy. That is what eVerbary delivers.
Ucredo's own translations come with a certificate of accuracy and no notarization (Ucredo: FAQs). If another office that receives your documents wants a notarized translation, Ucredo's will not do; ours can be notarized at checkout ($34.90 per order).
Scans, country lists and licensing
Ucredo lists the records it needs country by country, for secondary and higher education, and every country page repeats the same rule: original language plus English (Ucredo: requirements by country).
Scans must be made on a flatbed scanner; for licensure or certification, or when the receiving school asks, the originals must be mailed as well (Ucredo: FAQs).
Some countries, such as Egypt, issue documents in English, and then no translation is needed.
Ucredo is listed today as an endorsed member of the Association of International Credential Evaluators (AICE).

What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades, hours and credits exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA or equivalency.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload or print.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
- Notarization added at checkout ($34.90 per order) when the office asks for a notarized translation.
Submitting the translation to Ucredo
Upload the translation next to the scan of each original-language document in your Ucredo application (Ucredo: requirements by country).
We deliver the translation as a PDF with a signed certificate of translation accuracy, ready to upload.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, we do not order the evaluation for you, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Ucredo that means we translate your records; the evaluation and any mailing of originals for licensure are handled with Ucredo.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and submit it with the copy of the original wherever the office asks for it.
