How we know · policy checked on October 21, 2026
Globe Language Services requires certified and notarized translations when the original documents are not in English, and its FAQ asks for official word-for-word translations together with the original diplomas and transcripts; it does not say who must translate.
Globe accepts certified translations from professional services such as eVerbary, with notarization added at checkout.
Globe is also a translation company and sells its own certified and notarized translations; eVerbary translates your records and does not order the evaluation.
Globe at a glance
Does it accept eVerbary? Yes
Globe requires certified and notarized translations without naming who must make them (evaluation page), so a certified translation from a professional service such as eVerbary, notarized, meets it. Policy checked on October 21, 2026.

Globe requirements in detail
Translation
Certified and notarized translations when the original documents are not in English (Globe Language Services: evaluation).
Wording (FAQ)
Official word-for-word translations (Globe Language Services: FAQ).
Who may translate
Not specified on Globe's pages.
Self-translation
Not addressed; a translation that must be certified and notarized needs a translator who signs a certificate of accuracy.
Original or copy
Original diplomas and original transcripts in the original language; official transcripts in sealed envelopes and apostilled documents also count (Globe Language Services: FAQ, evaluation page).
How to submit
Apply in the office, online, or by PDF form by mail; in person, Globe scans your originals and returns them; by mail, originals come back only by Express Mail (Globe Language Services: evaluation, FAQ).
Notarization
Required for the translation (Globe Language Services: evaluation). eVerbary adds notarization at checkout for $34.90 per order.
Globe's own option
Certified and notarized translations; into English from Spanish, French, Portuguese and other Group 1 languages, diplomas from $55 and transcripts from $75 plus $2 per course (Globe Language Services: languages and rates).
Certified and notarized: what to order
Globe is one of the few NACES members that asks for translations to be notarized as well as certified (Globe Language Services: evaluation).
Its own translations follow the same pattern: a certificate of accuracy signed by the translator, with the signature notarized (Globe Language Services: translation).
When you order from eVerbary for Globe, choose the certified translation and add notarization at checkout ($34.90 per order). The notary certifies the signature on our certificate of translation accuracy; it does not change the translation.
Original documents, in person or by mail
Globe evaluates from original documents: original diplomas and transcripts, official transcripts in sealed envelopes, or apostilled documents (Globe Language Services: evaluation).
Some documents that can be verified online may be submitted electronically, depending on the country (Globe Language Services: FAQ).
Globe's office is open without appointment, and staff scan originals and hand them back on the spot; applicants who mail originals must choose Express Mail for their return. Documents mailed to Globe by schools become Globe's property (Globe Language Services: FAQ).
Need a certified translation for Globe?

What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades, hours and credits exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA or equivalency.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload or print.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
- Notarization added at checkout ($34.90 per order) when the office asks for a notarized translation.
Submitting the translation to Globe
Bring or mail the notarized translation with the original documents and the application; Globe accepts in-office, online and mailed applications (Globe Language Services: evaluation).
Keep each notarized translation with the original document it belongs to, so the evaluator can match them page by page.
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, we do not order the evaluation for you, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Globe that means we translate your records and notarize the certificate when you add it; the evaluation, the verification of your documents and the delivery of the report are between you and Globe.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and submit it with the copy of the original wherever the office asks for it.
