One evaluator: WES
Most colleges accept any NACES member.
Warren County CC does not: its 2026–2027 catalog says students who earned college credit outside the US can transfer it, and that all foreign educational credentials must be evaluated by World Education Services, with the details on wes.org (catalog).
The college's transfer policy repeats that credits from international institutions are evaluated through WES (transfer policy).
The college does not enroll F-1 students, so these rules apply to residents, citizens and visa holders already living in the US who bring records from abroad (catalog).
Transfer credits carry no grade on the WCCC transcript, at most 45 credits count toward a degree and 21 toward a certificate, and at least 15 credits must be earned at WCCC.
What WES asks for the translation
Because WES is the only route, its translation rule is the one that matters.
WES requires translations of documents not in English, made by a professional translator, for example at a certified translation agency or another professional translation service; it does not accept translations made by applicants and does not translate documents itself (WES).
The translation must be word for word and complete, and you upload it in your WES account (WES help).
An eVerbary certified translation follows the original page by page, including stamps and the grading scale, and is delivered as a PDF you can upload to WES. Send transcripts at least three weeks before registration so the WES report and the college's review fit before the term.
Need a certified translation for Warren County CC?
$24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages. See the price before you pay.
Documents applicants usually translate
- University transcripts or mark sheets
- Degree or diploma certificates
- Technical or professional diplomas earned abroad
- The grading scale or legend printed on the transcript
What an eVerbary translation includes
- A complete English translation of every page, stamps, seals and handwritten notes included, laid out like the original so each line can be matched.
- Grades exactly as recorded, with the grading scale the document prints. We never convert marks to a US GPA.
- A signed certificate of translation accuracy on letterhead, with our contact details, delivered as a PDF you can upload.
- $24.95 per page of up to 250 words, certification included; 24 hours for one to three pages as standard. Regular clients who need it can get delivery in as little as 30 minutes, on request.
Uploading the translation to Warren County CC
The translation is not sent to the college: you upload it in your WES account with your application, and WES sends its evaluation.
For questions about how the evaluation is used, contact the Office of Student Services at studentservices@warren.edu (catalog).
What we do not do
eVerbary is a translation service, not a credential evaluation service: we do not issue evaluations, US equivalencies or GPA conversions, and we cannot send documents on behalf of the school that issued them.
For Warren County CC that means we translate your records for WES; the WES evaluation is ordered and paid by you after the translation.
How to order
- Scan or photograph every page of the document, front and back, including any stamps on the reverse.
- Upload it, choose the language and "certified", and see the price before paying.
- Receive the PDF, usually within 24 hours for one to three pages, and upload it with the copy of the original wherever the institution asks for it.
Frequently asked questions
Can I use an evaluation agency other than WES?
The catalog names only World Education Services for foreign credentials (Warren County Community College catalog 2026–2027 (PDF)).
Does Warren County CC need a certified translation?
The college publishes no translation rule; WES does, and it wants a professional translation, not one made by the applicant (WES).
Can I study at Warren County CC on an F-1 visa?
No. The college is not authorized to enroll F-1 students (Warren County Community College catalog 2026–2027 (PDF)).
How many credits from abroad can I transfer?
Up to 45 toward a degree and 21 toward a certificate (Warren County Community College catalog 2026–2027 (PDF)).
Will eVerbary convert my grades to a US GPA?
No. The translation reproduces the grades and the grading scale exactly as they appear. A GPA conversion is credential evaluation, which the institution or an evaluation agency does.
