The diploma supplement and the transcript
Azerbaijani universities issue a diploma supplement (diploma əlavəsi) with the bachelor's or master's diploma, printed on secure paper, and many also issue a separate transcript on request. Both list subjects, credits and grades; an evaluation service will usually want whichever lists every course.
Many universities grade on a 100-point scale with letters from A to F, but practice differs between institutions. We translate the grades exactly as written and do not convert them. See our Azerbaijani page.
Soviet-era records and Russian-medium programmes
Older transcripts use the Soviet five-point scale and course titles in Russian or Cyrillic Azerbaijani. Many Azerbaijani universities have long taught in Russian as well as Azerbaijani, so the language of the transcript does not always tell you which. See our Russian page.

What USCIS requires
Under 8 CFR 103.2(b)(3), a foreign-language document must be accompanied by a complete English translation and the translator's certification that it is accurate. Every seal, stamp and marginal note is part of the document, so every one is translated.
