If your university does not issue transcripts in English, the upload is the original plus an official translation of the transcript and the degree certificate (international transcripts).
Those uploads support only a provisional admission, for one term.
In the first week of enrollment you bring the physical originals of your full academic history, with the university seal, the registrar's signature, a watermark or holograms, together with official translations if they are not in English.
UCIE reviews and certifies them, makes a copy and gives the originals back.
If the conditions are not met during that semester, registration holds follow, and graduate credit may be changed to undergraduate credit (International admissions: international transcripts). Bring the same translation you uploaded.
When Wright State asks for an outside evaluation
Citing a lack of country-specific expertise, Wright State requires applicants from Afghanistan, Bangladesh, Gambia, Iran, Iraq, Kazakhstan, Kenya, Liberia, Libya, Nigeria, Pakistan, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan to have an evaluation from International Education Evaluations (IEE), through a Wright State portal at a discounted rate, with your institution sending the documents to IEE.
International Admissions may also ask anyone for an IEE report if it cannot verify a document (International admissions: international transcripts).
Undergraduates with credit from a college abroad complete an external course-by-course evaluation with IEE (Education Course Report) or WES, starting Fall 2026, as a condition of provisional admission (International admissions: international transcripts).
WES asks for a word-for-word translation by a professional translator and does not accept translations by applicants.
Graduate applicants whose credentials Wright State cannot evaluate are sent to an evaluation service at their own cost (graduate requirements).
