Why the GPA on the report matters
Humphreys admits international MBA students on a conferred bachelor's degree with a GPA of at least 2.50 and accepts no one on provisional status, so the agency's GPA calculation decides admission.
Its international MBA page asks for an official foreign transcript evaluation with GPA from ECE, WES or Educational Perspectives, submitted with the application, and for every university transcript, even where no degree was earned.

What each evaluation agency asks for the translation
WES wants an exact, word-for-word translation by a professional translator and does not accept translations by applicants.
ECE accepts complete, word-for-word translations in the same format as the original, or sells an $85 waiver under which it translates internally for the report.
Educational Perspectives accepts translations from a reputable translation agency or a certified professional translator. Any of the three can take an eVerbary certified translation.
