Frequently asked questions

Why is CertTranslate cheaper for some documents?

It counts physical pages with no word cap, so a dense page costs one page. Most services, eVerbary included, count up to 250 words as a page. For short certificates the price is the same.

Are both accepted by USCIS?

USCIS does not approve translation companies. It requires a complete English translation and the translator's certification of accuracy and competence (8 CFR 103.2(b)(3)), which both provide.

Where do these figures come from?
